Full-TimeOverviewThis Marketing Specialist will be working in the Image Capture & Large Format Solutions Division with Canon's imagePROGRAF printers.
Responsibilities- Recommends marketing plans and activities for product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
- Conducts market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs to suggest development of new products.
- Prepares materials for internal and external presentations and communication.
- Works with key internal stakeholders to communicate the brand and business unit position, ensuring consistency of the brand and corporate image.
- Responsibilities may include coordinating trade show activities, conducting product training sessions both internally and externally, and QA testing new products.
- Accountable for researching, analyzing and reporting on consumer needs, demands, and preferences in order to contribute to the design, development, and market introduction of new products.
- Possesses specialized knowledge or skills in a particular functional area.
A developing professional, working towards full proficiency in the job role.
Receives general instruction from manager on expected work outcomes and exercises good judgment in day-to-day matters.
Will report to a Senior Manager.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
