is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (Sr Analyst, Financial) to join the Melville Headquarters.
This individual will be responsible for operating,controlling and reviewing daily financial transactions of Canon USA.
These include daily cash operations, cash forecasting, financial reporting, month end closing, FX and budget analysis.
Additional support of projects will include Foreign Exchange, Bank Fee Analysis and Support of Treasury Management System.
Responsibilities- Prepare and reconcile daily Cash Position and prepare and review wires as appropriate- Update Canon USA's daily cash position- Assist in determining available cash to invest on a daily basis- Manage inter-companyloans with subsidiaries- Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly journal entries for expense allocations and accruals- Monitor departmental and product division expenses through internal reporting- Monitor bank fee billing to ensure accuracy versus contracted rates- Assist Budget Department to ensure timely accurate budget- Prepare monthly reporting requirements for management- Provide Project support as necessary Qualifications- This position requires a bachelor or master's degree in accounting or finance, and 5 or more years of experience in treasury management/Finance operations- Working knowledge of general accounting principles, budgeting and computer systems- Preference given to candidates with MBA, CTP or CRM qualifications- Strong Excel, Powerpoint, Access knowledge a must- Candidate must be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilitiesThe company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship for this position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
