Organizational Development Manager

JOB Overview:
Designs, develops and delivers training programs for all levels of the organization. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing of training programs and enrollment and measuring program effectiveness. May partner with other HR professionals to develop, assess, facilitate and/or lead organizational development interventions, programs and processes to support business objectives and strategy implementation. These may include change management, 360 Feedback, 9 Box, executive assimilation, Predictive Index and Succession Planning, Executive Education
Is accountable for the following key processes: Workday Communications, LIFE Leadership Program, iSchein Performance Management Training, Database Management, OD Website on Connect
KEY
Responsibilities:
Create Training Catalogue
Create Training schedule
Design and Deliver Training Programs
Schedule Training Classes
Collect and analyze training evaluations
Maintain records of who has received what training/Database
Implement succession planning program with key executives
Deliver 360 feedback
Provide skilled facilitation as needed to assist teams
Create and maintain OD website on Connect

WORK
Experience:
Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Typically holds 1 or more industry certifications

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
