Position Description:
Assist the Payroll Department in delivering the highest level of accuracy and customer service that our clients expect.
This is a full-time role that requires you to be in the office (Melville, NY) 3 days a week and work from home two.
Salary is up to $50,000.
Roles &
Responsibilities:
Liaise with Payroll Specialists Payroll processing quality control Finalize payroll checks and reports Additional report requests (Client and Employee) Transit reconciliation Year End Report requests (YTD reports, W-2 reprints, etc.
) Liaise with Payroll Distribution Prepare payroll checks and reports for distribution Backup Distribution Coordinator as needed Assist with Payroll data entry Employee information (i.
e.
names, addresses, job titles, etc.
) Review New Hires Time Off accruals (i.
e.
vacation pay, sick pay, personal pay, etc.
) Direct Deposit information Assist with additional payroll department tasks Weekly audit of ACH vs live garnishment checks and ensure they are mailed timely Manage the New Hire and Employee Changes inboxes and create Client Space cases as needed
Experience:
Entry Level, will train.
Specific Skills Needed:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
