Summary:
The Night Billing Specialist will maintain heavy internal billing, send specified invoices for weight and measurement billing, time and materials billing, and progression billing and assist with additional duties as assigned.
Candidates will be experienced in computerized billing in a distribution environment for night-shift.
Job Functions:
Match order selection paperwork to the computer system Calculate weights and enter them into the computer system Confirm data entered is correct, then print invoices Compare invoices to route information Assemble driver packets Skills:
Must be a hands-on, results-oriented individual with a high degree of urgency, and the ability to handle multiple assignments within deadlines and work as part of a team.
We are looking for 1
years of billing experience in a non-medical setting, preferably food distribution experience.
Must have excellent mathematics, calculator, and data entry experience.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be detail oriented with good follow-up skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to multitask and handle a busy workload in order to meet strong deadlines.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High School Diploma and/or 5 years of job-related experience.
Computer experience, preferably with all Microsoft applications Retalix or similar software and AS400 experience Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
