comYour roleSystem engineers are responsible for providing subject matter expertise and operational support of all NAPA datacenter, server, and cloud platform components and configuration.
Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain infrastructure enterprise platforms, both on-prem and cloud basedManage key cloud, server, and on-prem equipment/SaaS suppliersMaximize and ensure stable enterprise platform performance through monitoring and proactive maintenance; troubleshooting, and outages; scheduling upgrades; data center, server and cloud platform optimization, performance management and capacity planning.
Ensure uptime and monitoring of all network infrastructureDesign consistent secure enterprise platform architecture by partnering with the IT team to establish and enforce policies; define and monitor accessPlan and perform enterprise platform upgrades, expansions, and new implementation projectsMaintain accurate infrastructure diagrams and documentation for design and planningREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent professional experience8
