Deposition experience required.
Workers' Compensation experience preferred.
Individual must be self-motivated, highly organized, able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a pleasant phone personality.
General Job Duties include:
Preparation of an incoming file for depositions, logging file, checking due dates, researching doctors' names/addresses when unknown, monitoring file to see if extension letter is required; Preparation of Subpoenas, Notice to Take Depositions, Confirmation letters and Extension Affirmations; Making/receiving any and all phone calls regarding depositions including, but not limited to scheduling, rescheduling, cancelling and confirming depositions with claimant's attorneys, court reporters, doctors' offices, and claim's examiners; Coordinates with court reporting agencies regarding depositions.
Uploading transcripts and affidavits.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
