You will be responsible for providing contact center product support to our new and existing customers.
This is a critical role.
The perfect candidate will be able to:
Engage in active listening with callers to learn about and address their needs, concerns, or other inquiries Respond accurately and promptly to callers' inquiries, ensuring that callers feel supported and valued.
Maintain records of caller interactions, comments, and inquiries.
Utilizes software, databases, call scripts, and tools appropriately.
Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
Build lasting relationships with other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
Immediately escalates any and all concerns to the appropriate management team member.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
