Responsibilities:
o Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partner o Become an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirements o Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more o Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals o Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager
Qualifications:
o Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry is required o Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus o Sales experience necessary o Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required o Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career Your Transition to a Field Manager RoleAfter meeting specific requirements for the first 12 months as a financial professional , you'll be equipped and empowered with a specialized six-month Associate Partner training program.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
