Responsibilities include assisting with minor building repairs and upkeep such as light carpentry, painting, basic plumbing repairs, and other building and grounds maintenance as necessary.
Maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols of our warehouse, refrigeration units, equipment and grounds including sweeping, mopping, dusting, monitoring pest control devices and minor support functions within the warehouse.
Maintenance and tidiness of our rear yard and grounds, delivering packages and moving furniture and supplies throughout the office.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years maintenance/custodial experience, communicate well and have a strong grasp of time management.
Forklift and electric pallet jack experience is a plus.
Candidates must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds, have the ability to adapt to change, be self-directed and work both independently and as an effective team member.
