Job Purpose To be responsible for the maintenance and production of policies.
To ensure there is a governance process in place for the review and management of policies.
Key Accountabilities Communicate with Control Business Owners to Ensure Compliance Develop and Manage a robust Workplan surrounding Federal and State Gas Requirements Present Findings at Monthly Meetings to Leadership Utilize GRC Archer to Track Findings, Risks, and Recommendations.
Organization of Key Evidence obtained from stakeholders.
Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or relevant work experience.
Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, written (documentation and reporting) and verbal skills.
Strong technical regulatory compliance management skills, understanding of internal controls frameworks.
Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to be flexible and agile to changing conditions.
Demonstrable commitment to integrity and ethical values.
Strong knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance management prevailing practice, business processes, internal controls, and controls testing methodologies.
Technology experience, including data analytics and visualization tools (e.
g.
, Power BI) a plus.
