Administrative Support Associate-FlexStaff-Hybrid (TEMP)

Responsibilities:
Clerical duties for revenue cycle, including but not limited to accounts receivable functions, cash posting, mailings etc
Responsibilities:
Composes confidential correspondence, reports, memoranda, and related documents.
Schedules appointments and meetings.
Makes necessary arrangements for meetings.
Takes meeting minutes, as required.
Performs various receptionist and registration duties.
Compiles and analyzes basic information and prepares statistical data for reporting purposes.
Prepares presentation materials.
Creates charts, graphs, tables, graphics, etc.
Maintains department supply and equipment inventory.
Performs research for special projects, as assigned.
Performs related duties, as required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
0-1 year administrative experience, required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), required.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
Ability to communicate effectively.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
