Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar - Maintain conference rooms and kitchen - Perform order entry and maintain inventory of office supplies - Provide clerical support such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Coordinate and assist with event planning for office functions - Prepare mailings for zoning department - Assist office manager with filing and other clerical duties
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a receptionist is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information We offer competitive pay based on experience.
