AV Technician
A client in the integrated AV systems industry is hiring an AV Technician that will be responsible for the installation of pre-programmed integrated AV hardware within luxury residential and commercial job sites.
This individual will run wires and install lighting and AV equipment compatible with integrated devices such as Lutron, Crestron, Savant, Control4, etc.
Job sites consist of 80% high-income, luxury residential properties and 20% corporate offices located within in Manhattan and on Long Island (i.
e.
Nassau/Suffolk counties).
The installer must display the utmost professionalism and exude strong communication and interpersonal skills, as customer service is a key element to this role.
Integrated AV certifications (i.
e.
Lutron, Crestron, CTS, CTS-I, etc.
) 2
years' experience installing lighting and AV equipment Experience working with integrated control systems including Lutron, Crestron, Savant, Control4, etc.
Residential and commercial installation experience Ability to represent the company professionally in-person at client sites Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Recommended Skills Communication Control Systems Customer Service Interpersonal Skills Lighting Professional Attitude Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
