Order Processor/Customer Service Representative- responsible for processing of customer orders from order entry, creating purchase order to vendor, tracking shipments, and invoicing.
Effectively communicate with overseas factory and customer via email or telephone.
Must be highly organized, detail oriented and quick learners.

Responsibilities:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
Review and process all incoming orders accurately, including but not limited to confirming contact and billing information, pricing, item #'s, promotions and terms and conditions.
Accurately create Customer Sales Order and corresponding Purchase Order to Vendor using Netsuite software.
Prompt feedback to customers regarding delivery dates and/or any changes to their order.
Address and resolve any customer and/or vendor inquiry and ensure timely feedback Track shipments via Excel Spreadsheet Examines all vendor documentation for accuracy, including but not limited to invoices, bills of lading, and shipping statements.
Process and enter Vendor Bills, Create Customer Invoices Perform all other responsibilities as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Word & Excel Intermediate or Advance proficiency in NetSuite a plus Possesses strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to adapt to an ever changing business climate.
Detail Oriented with Excellent proof reading skills Demonstrated professional phone and email etiquette.

years of order/transaction processing and/or customer service experience in a business environment processing transactions of varying degrees of complexity using a computer-based order entry system.
Experience or Knowledge in Logistics or Shipping a plus.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency Previous Sales/Order Entry or Office experience preferred Banyan International is an equal opportunity employer.
