is looking for an Office Assistant (in office) to join our team for helping with applications, scheduling, interviews and on boarding.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Managing schedules using Winteam software.
Setting up interviews for candidates, new hire paperwork, scheduling meetings, placing job postings, answering phones, assist Operations Managers with day to day task and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Required skills:
Must be able to use WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK.
Some experience with WinTeam scheduling software.
Record keeping, excellent phone skills and the ability to follow instructions in order to get assignments completed in a timely fashion.
Must have at least 1 year of Office Assistant experience in a fast pace environment.
HOURS NEEDED 10am to 3pm; Monday to Friday.
No hybrid(office/home) option at this time.
Salary range $18.
00 to $20.
00 per hour based on experience.
