We run a fully computer-based management system with significant technology in our office and out in the field.
A strong background in computers is a must.
If you have prior construction experience - in the construction field or construction offices, that will be extremely helpful.
We are always learning in this field of work and an open mind to learning new techniques and methods is a must - we perform a lot of research and training to stay ahead of the building sciences.
The reward is knowing that the research will be applied in the field to help our projects and systems and ultimately, our clients.
Some of the tasks you will be performing while assisting the owner and management team on daily basis:
Schedules (computer based) Coordination/communication with our team of carpenters Lumber orders (computer based) Task lists /Work orders (computer based) Coordinating bids - submission and review/entry (computer based) Trade communications (computer based) Document management (computer based) Sub contractor insurance certificates (computer based) General administrative work Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
