Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, superb attention to detail, sharp memory, and an excellent attitude! Must be able to take direction and complete tasks accurately and in a timely fashion.
Must be able to solve problems independently and in a team environment.
Moderate to advanced user of Microsoft Office programs and email.
Must be Computer/Internet Savvy.
Must understand that providing a positive experience for our customers on each and every call is PRIORITY ONE.
English/Spanish Speaking A
The position requires a person to be sitting for long periods of time, with a total focus on completing multiple tasks.
This is NOT a work from home position.
EXCELLENT Attendance and punctuality are a must for success in this position.
Work hours are generally Monday to Friday 8:
30 am to 5:
