POSITION
Summary:
Providing customers best in class service to meet all their needs and expectations, and providing them with technical, order management and product support.
Work as an inside sales representative within assigned open sales territory to increase revenue and assist in growing the market.
Essential Functions:
Handle inbound/outbound phone calls and email requests for quotes/orders Warranty /returns processing and follow up Work with internal departments to provide information to our customers Work with suppliers to help customers troubleshoot/diagnose warranty claims Support of outside sales and their customers Provide written/verbal feedback to customer's inquiries Call existing customers to promote new/additional business Follow up with customers on quotes/orders daily Freight and logistics experience a plus Expedite parts on backorder with purchasing Organize and send backorder reports to customers Minimum Requirements:
2-4 years of supervisory experience Analytical thinking with focus on process improvement Ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities Inside sales experience to assist in growth (YoY sales turnover, gross margin improvements) Development of open sales area Well versed in Microsoft excel, word and access Strong communications skills Time management / follow up and prioritization skills Must have strong customer service skills Must have good analytical and writing skills Job Type:
